Our mobile patrols can now be equipped with the latest mobile phone technology that offers real-time reporting and evidence.
The product Solo from Mobile-e-Solutions Ltd provides a 3G mobile phone system to deliver proof-of-attendance, real-time data collection and lone worker protection systems. We utilise the SoloRemote (for single operatives) and SoloAdvance (for multi-operative and multi-location situations) to enhance the accountability we provide for our clients.
This system provides valuable information both for our guards and our customers including: -
- robust time and attendance for individual officers
- tagged instructions for officers against given locations
- evidence that these instructions have been completed
- ability to raise and record details of any incidents and follow-up actions
- ability to capture and record photgraphic evidence
- open channel panic alarm facility to a 24-hour call centre

- facility to immediately raise and prioritise incidents
AM Support Services manage the set-up, installation and on-going maintenence of the solution on behalf of our clients. To allow us to provide a better service to our clients we can amend each installation to capture information that is unique to each of our clients.
We also carry out officer training either for our guards or our customer's own on-site security officers.
