Paving Cleaning & Sealing

Our flat surface cleaning equipment can restore your paving to its near original condition, removing all dirt and growth that may have formed in 90% of cases.  Oil and other surface stains can also be treated and removed.  Once your paving is clean and dry we will replace the kiln-dried sand that is likely to have been displaced from the joints during the cleaning process.

We recommend sealing your paving after cleaning with the application of our high quality two-coat acrylic or polyurethane sealant to ensure that it remains weed free, stable, prolonging its lifespan and preventing paving failure:

• Once dried, this sealant hardens, protecting the jointing sand from being washed away. 
• The sub-base is protected from erosion and your driveway is protected against subsiding, avoiding costly repairs. 
• The growth of moss and weeds is inhibited.
• Should you get an oil spill it can be simply hosed or power washed away without causing damage to your paving.
